I hereby expressly consent and agree to receive calls placed by – or on behalf of – K12, Key Leads, and Corporate Sponsors, even if I previously requested that either company not contact me or my number is in the National Do Not Call Registry or on any other State or local Do Not Call List. In the online form I have provided the number to which these calls may be made. K12 Fundraising, Inc. recognizes the privacy interests of the businesses and consumers on which it collects information and has implemented comprehensive and formal data protection policies which balance privacy expectations with the legitimate business need of our customers.
NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY
When visitors of the website owned and operated by K12 Fundraising Inc. answer questions, that visitor is consenting and affirmatively requesting that persons or entities with our Corporate Sponsor companies contact them. This consent and request is given to any and all Corporate Sponsors within who have contracted with K12 and/or Key Leads to provide those products or services. OPT OUT POLICY
Upon a visitor's request, K12 Fundraising, Inc. will:
Allow any visitor to "opt out" of further promotional contacts;
Use reasonable efforts to allow visitors to update/correct personal information previously
submitted which he/she states is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests; and
Initiate reasonable efforts to functionally delete the visitor and his/her personal information from its database. Visitors should be aware that it might be impossible to completely delete erroneous information or a visitor's personal information without some residual information remaining in its database because of backups and records of deletions.
